see I usually do that but it was a one and done thing. It sounded like a shout from right outside my house, just one yell. It was a hallucination though cause there was nothing in the morning : ( but this is a good tip! Just found out I'm definitely hallucinating again cause I saw an animal outside and got out my camera annnnd nope. But yeah I highly recommend that tip to people with this issue! 💕
