Does anyone have ideas on hairstyles that wouldn’t be too hard on the hair that’s regrowing?

      I'd say the "LITFA" method is probably best here, if youre struggling against hair loss.

      Okay this is hard to explain because idk what the title of the style is, you just part your hair down the middle and then start twisting from the front and twist all the way back and do a little ponytail on each side. Don’t twist too tight though!!! It’s cute and it is easy on the hair

      Torsion will definitely increase tensile resistance under shear strength, this is basic physics I wouldn't advise twisting anything you don't want to subject to stress. Think of how dogs and sharks and cats and vultures eat their natural food...
