Need tips for sensory issues during haircuts

im getting my haircut tommorow, i was wondering if anyone had tips to help my sensory issues and the change

I used to be a hairstylist, and they can absolutely work around sensory issues. You should be able to tell them your sensory issues, and a good stylist will do everything they can to help you work around it. If it's sensory issues with using clippers or trimmers, they can do a scissor cut. If it's with loose hairs, they can give you a shampoo after and make sure to dust all of the loose hairs off the back of your neck. Regardless, a good stylist will be willing to work with you on whatever sensory issues you may have. If they seem annoyed or frustrated, don't be afraid to ask for a different stylist. Thankfully those are very few and far between, so you should end up with an understanding stylist.

washing your hair the day before and then immediately after should help with the sensory issues
