Anyone else tried everything but still can’t make a dent in their hair loss?!

I accepted a while ago that my hair wasn't going to improve. It was a relief because I didn't feel the need to cry over it anymore, and it was less of a financial burden. I gave myself a buzz cut and wore head scarves for a while, but people wrongly assuming I was going through chemo bothered me. Now, I just wear wigs out and about and soft caps in the house (I feel more naked with a bare head than with a bare body!). Human hair, lace front wigs are easier to buy online these days and more affordable (mine last about a year). I started looking for the benefits of being a wig wearer. I don't have 'bad hair days', I don't spend money on hair cuts or dye jobs, I can sleep later in the morning, and it takes me less time to get ready in the morning. Look for the positives in this situation that you have zero control over, and it becomes easier to cope with. 😊

I'm trying biotin and have made some improvements in thickness but very little hair regrowth yet. Keep your faith!
