Get the highest dosage of biotin also massage your scalp every night like ten minutes with coconut oil, try to find an Indian store but it from there. Indian woman have the most beautiful hair, this is how they do it. At least my friend.

when i first started college i lost a lot of hair due to stress and malnutrition because 1. i would have so much work i didn’t have time to eat or forgot to and 2. the food from the dining hall was so bad that when i did eat there i would get the same thing over and over again and even though i was trying to eat healthy and include all the food groups and what have you into my meals the food there was ultimately just not good for you

Make sure you get all the right nutrients and minerals in your diet. Sometimes our hair thins out when our body is trying to focus on keeping the rest of us alive. Try to eat as well as you can. I have a hard time remembering to eat but it is literally one of the most important things .. haha
