Help! My Hair is Falling Out!

My hair is coming out by the handful. The more I comb the more it sheds. My scalp is visible now and I'm fighting back tears as I post this.

I went through exactly what you did back in 2004 and I was the owner of two health clubs it was really hard time… I know some people have success with regrowth I ended up with alopecia Universalis it’s where you lose hair from the top of your head to your toes. I was really fearful and angry but ended up with so much peace…getting an adorable wig which I like so much better than my normal hair… and God has given me incredible peace about it!!! I actually like the way I look now better than I did before!!! Hoping you get answers and results and have peace along the way.❤️🙏

Try not to focus on it too much. Stress can exacerbate the problem. I haven’t had success with regrowth but I have been using tinted dry shampoo (batiste for dark hair even though my hair isn’t dark) and it tints my scalp and makes the hair loss less noticeable. I have gotten pretty emotional in the past (I’m 33) but I have started to kind of accept it.

The same thing was happening to me last year. I take biotin tablets, 5,000. Also I have a biotin cream spray that I bought at CVS. My hair is still coming out but only a little know. Good luck. Changing shampoo was a must. I'll write it down for you tomorrow. When I shampoo and condition with the stuff I have... NO HAIRS FALLS INTO MY HANDS.
