Overcoming Gynecologist Anxiety: A Lady's Struggle

PTSD...(LADY TALK) I can't be the only female mortified to go see a gyno. I have an appointment the 4th and I'm so scared! My anxiety is through the roof! I've had a few bad experiences with past gyno's and I've put off exams for several year's after these incidents. My heart is beating hard just thinking of this appointment. I can't cancel because I have several times. I went a few months to get established but its like pulling teeth to get back in there. My new gyno is very understanding it's not her that's the issue. How can I get past this? I honestly thought about going the #420 route but Idk. It's all I can think about especially with my appointment around the corner 😩 I did schedule an appointment with my therapist the day before my appointment hoping she can help me work this out but im still very much petrified.
