I started guanFACINE for my tics. I was taking .5 mg for a week and then up to 1mg after that. about 5 days later i started exhibiting manic behaviors and had to stop taking it. its so frustrating. I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up but the medication was also supposed to help my tachycardia as well.
