Growing Up with an Alcoholic Narcissistic Mother and Disabled Sisters

My mother is an alcoholic narcissists and very abusive, my dad is an enabler, my middle sister has autism and schizophrenia, my youngest sister has nonverbal autism and severe epilepsy. My dad was always deployed over seas so I had to learn to take care of my sisters at a very young age. As a child I felt left out, ignored as if I had no power. I grew up feeling invisible. I never learned how to get attention the right way. Will things ever get any better? I’m scared I will be stuck like this forever. I cheat on my husband because I crave the attention so bad I feel like a piece of shit.
