Grieving the Past: Coming to Terms with Neurodivergence

i am happy to know what i have, to know i have adhd and autism, and know what parts of it affect me so i know its not for no reason and theres something wrong with me, but with learning these things comes grieving while realizing what it affected in your past, and how many people scolded you or rejected, abused, neglected you for things that werent an actual problem, and caused yourself to hate those things about yourself that they made you think were bad, but while you remember and realize these things, know I'm here if you need to talk, and know that you were never the one at fault, its not your fault for being neurodivergant, its not a bad thing and not something you control, they could control how they treated you though, and someday you'll be safer to unmask, or at the very least you can around me, stay safe pups
