Feeling Grateful for the Present Moment

Am I the only one that find this terrifying? Likw the idea of everything being quiet? Like it almost sounds jaded and with Rose colored glasses rather than relaxed? Not that it is but internally it gives me that sense of it being a false reality? I don't know (Asking to see if others had the same experience)
