Grateful for Infertility: A Message of Support

idk who needs to hear this (probably just me) but in light of recent events, you're allowed to be grateful you'll never need an abortion because you can't carry biological children. you're allowed to be glad for your infertility for ANY reason. I see you, I hear you, I am you

You definitely are.. this comes from someone who is extremely fertile & I wish I wasn’t.. I have enough children and one of my biggest fears is ending up pregnant.. I take birth control faithfully & I pray and hope it never happens again.. People don’t like when I say this but I wish I was infertile so I wouldn’t have to have this stress on me every month…

you are 100% valid in that fear. if you already have kids, you should be able to get a tubal ligation with very little pushback from doctors, especially if you have more than three kids. definitely ask about it, or about getting an IUD or some other birth control method you don't have to remember to do at the same time every day

you could get a tubal ligation! Or if you're in a long term relationship your partner could get a vasectomy. Then you never have to worry about it!
