my grandmother isn't okay. she's going through a lot right now. I'm not going to give too much detail, but she's currently hospitalized in the CCU and is supposed to be discharged home directly from the CCU of about a week with zero physical therapy. I feel so empty right now. I'm scared. my anxiety is bad right now. I'm not ready for the worst but my body feels like it's shutting down preparing for it. I don't have a coping mechanism besides vaping with nicotine and vaping THC. I don't know what to do.
