Looking for a Good Cane to Help with Chronic Pain

So I need a cane. The pain in my entire body makes it hard to go out. I have fibromyalgia, EDS, and SI joint problems, so my body quite literally hurts EVERYWHERE. If anyone could recommend a good cane, or could share what worked for them to help lessen the pain, I’d appreciate it!!

It got to this point for me not long ago. For me personally, I felt like the traditional style of cane with the horizontal handle would be really bad for my wrists. So the ones I've been looking at are those "posture" canes, or any with an upright handle, and preferably one of those little wristband thingies just so it's harder to drop. It will be harder to convince my caretaker to get it for me, but I'm planning on seeing a pain specialist in September, and hopefully they can convince my caretaker that it's a need.

I'd definitely go through Ortho to get mobility aids especially with having EDS. Canes shift your gait to one side and usually elbow crutches or walking sticks are preferred by Ortho.
