i’m thinking about going off my abilify. i started not too long ago, but it makes me feel so anxious. i know i should wait it out but i hate it so much. i have a physiatrist appointment soon so i’m going to talk to her abt it, but should i go off it until then?

      I'd say speak with your pharmacist describe what affects you are having, and then call your prescriber and information share. There may be an alternative or other options. I personally, do not feel making medical decisions independent of other members of your medical team is the best option. Its your health so you are the captain of the team, but i feel it is truly most wise to involve team mates in these decisions.

      If the anxiety is bad enough I'd stop it and let them know at your next appointment.
