Just to clarify, unfortunately nothing stops the progression… it just slows it down

Technically, yes but you won’t get any better. Because nothing else besides medication can completely stop the progression of the disease, so, even an anti-inflammatory diet which will help, will only help with the inflammation pain and won’t actually stop any other disease from progressing. I hope that makes sense.
