I suddenly started getting massively, massively bloated if I had any gluten after I had switched birth controls. My gyno was suspicious that being on so many different birth controls may have triggered a celiac gene. I had blood work done that was inconclusive, so I had an endoscopy to conclusivly determine if I had Celiac or not. I do not, and am officially diagnosed with non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS).

I couldn’t get for years I’ve struggled with bowel issues but when I was a kid they kept telling me I was anxious because my dad was deployed. It got to the point I was in university I couldn’t eat without being sick and then when I did eat I’d end up in so much pain I couldn’t move. They kept telling me I needed to poop. Eventually one of my doctors residents said he didn’t think I needed to poop and that it was an allergy.
