hey guys! so I accidentally ate some rice that had gluten added to it. I've avoided gluten for a few years because it's always made my fibromyalgia act up. I am experiencing a lot of joint, muscle, and skin pain as a result. does anyone know any good natural remedies to help while I wait for the gluten to leave my body?
