Hi! I'm very recently diagnosed. I'm struggling to maintain being gluten-free and vegetarian at the same time (I also have some sort of meat intolerance, unfortunately, or I'd be willing to eat it for my own health) which has resulted in a lot of pre-packed "bread" products. I'm wondering if anyone has any recipes or resources they could share. thank you!

      Gluten free and vegan here: I’ve found that beyond and impossible meat is great (I personally prefer the taste/texture of beyond meat). I also eat a bunch of tofu which can be great in salads/soups/really anything. I’d recommend finding a recipe book that is gluten free and vegetarian and just making a bunch of things to find ones you like. Best of luck!

        @frogs I've been trying to find one and had no luck! I can sometimes go on gluten free or vegetarian recipe blogs and find the opposite section, though, which is nice.
