      We don’t like gf bread personally. (Bfree is closest to ok, but not ideal) so we do a ton of rice and quinoa dishes. Like stir fry and beans and rice! Soups and chilis are easy to freeze! 🙂

      I ate a ton of rice— my favorite easy fried rice is with onions (or onion powder, garlic (minced or powdered), leftover rice, tamari, powdered ginger, & Chinese five spice. I’ll scramble an egg to add. You can also add any proteins/veggies you have
