Gluten free is bull shit unless you actually test allergic to gluten.

I have celiac disease too, so gluten free is my life. There’s an app called Spoonful, and you can scan food barcodes to get ingredient feedback. It’s a lifesaver! I am also happy to give recommendations on my favorite GF products!

@SunnyD yes please that would be absolutely amazing.
Personally I would go 100% gluten-free. I have been myself for four years now and had it has made a big difference! Be careful to check every label as gluten can hide in things you would never expect. And give it time! Since it'll last in your system a while, you've got to wait it out to notice a difference. Thankfully nowadays there are gluten-free alternatives to most things. It may take a little while for your palate to adjust but nowadays I can eat most 'gluten-free' Products and enjoy them. Though some still do taste like cardboard so definitely try different brands and things!

Hi! Definitely cut it all out. Any gluten (I’ve heard) can stay in your system for weeks and weeks. So best to cut it all out if you’re going to cut any out
@Mouser88 you are correct. You need to go 100% gluten-free and it will stay in your system for up to a month I believe.
