I have had success with making them in the air fryer. Wegmans does sell frozen, gluten free mozzarella sticks but they are not a store that is available in many states.

Feel good foods makes them and they are delicious but they are very difficult to find. Some Walmarts will sell them but I have only seen them in my (rather large) city twice. I used to work at a grocery store and my manager could order anything on request if it was in our catalog so maybe ask some grocery store managers if you’re really fiending for some!

try again! buy mozzarella cheese sticks and gluten free breadcrumbs! if you try a different method or recipe maybe you’ll have better luck. it’ll be way cheaper in the long run!
