Does a gluten-free diet help with FM?

I have FM and found cutting out gluten helps is this the case for anyone else?

I have Celiac along with my fm. When I cut out gluten it did lower my inflammation some.

I cut gluten out because I'm sensitive to wheat, it has helped a bit!

It helps my ibs from fibro! I’ve never been a huge gluten eater but whenever I did my stomach went insane & the pain & sleep got terrible

âś‹....Easter, went upstate NY, I'm from NYC & it was extremely colder than NYC as well as, there was snow!! Later learned, the area was 30 mins from Canada!! Took the bus there...drove atleast 4 hrs...nonstop... this was Friday & by Easter Sunday & Monday...my left hip & lower back, felt like they weren't mine!! The pain was so bad...had to relent & take extra strength Tylenol the night & a.m., before return. The pain eventually subsided... over the course of a week
