Ideas for gluten and dairy free breakfast, lunch, and snacks? For breakfast I now choose from cereal, oatmeal with a banana, or eggs with gluten free bread or breakfast potatoes. For lunch I usually have a turkey sandwich, egg salad sandwich, salad and instant noodles, or chicken nuggets and fries (unhealthy I know, only have this once per week). I think i’ll try making pasta salad too. I need cheese in my sandwiches and I’ve tried daiya cheddar but it doesn’t compare to real cheese. I might start having dairy again a few times per week and see how I feel bc cutting it out is too hard. I’m not working right now but when I do I can’t be spending an hour or more making lunch.
