Ideas for gluten and dairy free meals

Ideas for gluten and dairy free breakfast, lunch, and snacks? For breakfast I now choose from cereal, oatmeal with a banana, or eggs with gluten free bread or breakfast potatoes. For lunch I usually have a turkey sandwich, egg salad sandwich, salad and instant noodles, or chicken nuggets and fries (unhealthy I know, only have this once per week). I think i’ll try making pasta salad too. I need cheese in my sandwiches and I’ve tried daiya cheddar but it doesn’t compare to real cheese. I might start having dairy again a few times per week and see how I feel bc cutting it out is too hard. I’m not working right now but when I do I can’t be spending an hour or more making lunch.

I guess it depends on what you can’t have but I usually eat vegan food or make my own at home. I’m allergic to milk, soy flour, soy protein, soybean and chicken. Are you only allergic to milk or any other types of drinks/foods?

no allergies but based on my gut symptoms and inflammation I seem to have intolerances to gluten and dairy

Maybe you could try some gluten free foods and vegan foods. I usually find some of my food in shop rite, Whole Foods and wegmans when I go into one of their sections for people with that have different types of food allergies or just shopping around the stores to find something new that I can have. There are some websites for like snacks that you could probably order from maybe if you look up allergy friendly food.
