I don't actually know but it seems like kissing after someone ate gluten would be bad so I always have my partner wash their mouth out before we kiss if they've recently eaten and it hasn't been an issue. Better safe than sorry 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately yes my boyfriend isn't allowed to kiss me for a few hours or until he brushes his teeth or else I'll get sick

I get sick of my partner doesn’t brush teeth first! Our house has transitioned to completely gf over the last few years cause it’s so easy to accidentally get contaminated!

I think this is based on your personal sensitivity , it’s different for just about everyone. I kiss my boyfriend often even right after he consumes gluten and I wind up fine.
