My girlfriend never tells me important info

So, my gf has always had the habit of not telling me the important info. Especially plans that randomly pop up out of the blue. Despite my social battery has been gone and at this point decaying after lots and lots of interaction with people between work (I'm a phone salesman) and going to hang with her friend and friends boyfriend who seemingly doesn't like me. Tried directly talking and had situations just like this before resulting in me having to go no matter what, because my decisions just make people uncomfortable or mad. I work a 12 and a half hour shift in Walmart on tomorrows Black Friday. please help. I need quick solutions.
