I keep getting stuck in my head at the most random moments, at work, in a store, etc. and I can't seem to figure out why. is there anything I should be looking for? or should I just keep rolling with the punches and hope everything will get better?

@Wild_Goddess I get it, but I work at a movie theater, so when I don't remember what I was doing or if my mind wanders, I have a list I can look at, so maybe a list?

Practice on developing your cognitive focus. Try using games they exercise your brain. Or listen to sound frequency’s while you read. To help you zone into things and pull your mind out of the spacing out. So you can get your tasks done without that happening. But definitely let a doctor know you are experiencing this, and look on ways to bring you out of that. I do it sometimes as well. And what improves it really is to not think as much and keep my brain active with reading and daydreaming along with reading. Can help you feel some life inside of you.

@Kazmir but I'm also sensitive to loud noises and certain frequencies...

I feel this, I work on finding something to get my mind on something or off something

@Hannahchlarson1 trying to find things to get my mind off of wondering, but I'm at work and it's not helping

It’s possible that you’re dissociating. I used to do that a ton at work and at any store and it was because of a med interaction

@Weds all of my meds I've been on for a bit, so the med interaction shouldn't be the case...any other possible reasons?
