      Or try taking a break from life when you get that little window when your lease runs out and quit if you don't have people relying on you heavily and have a decently disposable job like fast food or call center when you have some money and go on the road for a little

      The best thing I’ve found is to find creative solutions to problems, and try your best to let go of the neurotypical thinking we’ve been taught is the norm if it’s not working for you. It’s okay if your solutions are quirky! We all know making planners and setting alarms don’t work for a lot of us, so we definitely have to get creative. Things like turning chores into games, or giving little rewards for each thing you accomplish, or putting what you want to do on pieces of paper then drawing them out of a hat, it can be anything you want, just a matter of trying new things and seeing what works best for you!

          @aceofarows check with your doc before trying cannabis! I personally use it whenever I find that I cannot go to sleep because my thoughts are too loud. It helps to relax my brain

          @aceofarows Ik, it's not my comment. But not gonna lie, it can really help 😂 It just really depends which kind you go for and how much you take tbh. You have to explore your limits and find out ways it will most benefit you and your mental health.
