ND peeps and people who suffer from ED I need y'all help! I need more protein, iron, vitamin d, and potassium. According to doctors anyways. but I'm struggling. what is food I can eat that covers those? I don't really like cooking, if I do cook itll have to be something easy and fast, I love working in air fryers. I would more like food that's easy made, easy to eat etc. Any ideas? trynna get better at it all. I'm recovering still
