Not free to everyone. I meant if you make under a certain amount its free, if you make slightly higher, part of it will be free. I have a good job now, but I was on free Healthcare when I didn't have a job, and partially federal paid for insurance when I made low wages working at a non-profit.

Free healthcare is NOT a thing for the US. But they have like Cerebral that is advertised as like $30 a month. So cheaper, I guess.
