Hey its me again :) I got my results back, WHO WAS GONNA TELL ME YOU CAN LOOK ONLINE FOR RESULTS 😂😭 But I got them back and my iron is still low it dropped down even more... I always get blood work done on my menstrual 😫 My blood sugar is under 5 so its normal its was a 4.6. (I belive i can still work on it) so, I'm not diabetic. My thyroid results aren't back and my ferritin isn't back yet, and vit d. My B12 Is good its in the range, if I remember it was at like 800 in something. I still have to work on my iron... oh boy. These past 3 weeks I stopped working out and eating honestly, I've been lying to myself that I've been doing everything I can and I'm not. I got I dont want to say depressed because I haven't been diagnosed so just sad. Idk I woke up one day and just didn't feel like working out anymore and then my body started to get back to how it was a month ago... the working out and eating healthy was obviously working but I stopped in 2 weeks because I felt like weird... but I'm GOING to START AGAIN!!!! 🙌 Now that I have a job and am getting my own money I can buy the foods I need and stuff yay. Okay bye- ALSO! I JUST WANT TO SAY THABK YOU FOR EVERYONES COMMENTS AND SUPPORTS AND ADVICE I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
