I don't know what ur visits for but regardless there's more then one doctor in every field so my advice is 1st be honest, the Dr's is suppose to be ur safe space, 2nd if it's not a good fit, if u can't be comfortable enough to be completely vulnerable don't give up or give in...find another doctor...(not agreeing because u don't like what they say is not what I mean..lol..that call for a 2nd opinion..sry..I like to think I'm funny too)
