What sort of dance are you doing? I wonder if that might be the best exercise for you right now. For me, it’s impossible to do traditional gym workouts. I do my physical therapy exercises. They are simple movements with body weight or resistance bands and many reps. I also walk/bike a few miles a week. I always stop if I feel joint pain or dizziness. Hope this helps 💕

One suggestion is to start with low-impact exercises and gradually increase the intensity while monitoring your body's response. It's essential to listen to your body and adjust your workout routine accordingly to avoid triggering a flare. Additionally, consider consulting with a healthcare professional or a personal trainer experienced in working with individuals with similar conditions for guidance on safe and effective workouts.
