Advice on Getting a Service Dog for Medical Alert and Psychiatric Needs

want to get a service dog but it's expensive, I'm not good at training alone, and I feel like I have so much going on it would need more than one like one for psychiatric and one for other medical alert. does anyone have one who does both? does anyone have any advice on how to get one?

We're in UK and we have a pup in training. Depends on where you are and what the ruled are where you live x

I plan on gettting a service dog that will be doing both medical alert work and psychiatric work too I will be training myself (in the U.K. though)
