How to Get Rid of Plantar Fasciitis?

What should I do to get rid of plantar fasciitis after years of having it? I have already gone to physical therapy, had personal insoles made for me, try to limit my cardio (although I am a runner), and wear supportive shoes at all times.

I had surgery and it didn't work. I am heavily medicated and my feet are always hurting
