Depends on how deep I'm in my head. I love TV so that's a main distraction for me. I will also read, draw, go for drives, sit by the water or attempt to hang out with people. But a lot of times, I will write my thoughts down while listening to music. Almost as if to release what's in my head onto paper so it doesn't consume me anymore.

Read, listen to music, go by the water, diamond painting, write (sometimes it helps to get the stuff out of my head), do the whole bubble bath with candles and music and possibly a drink thing.

I try to distract myself with something I like doing. If that fails I sleep.

I haven’t been able to sleep in two days. I’m attempting to go on a hike today.

That 70s Show. It creates so many good vibes because I'm constantly cracking up over it. Sometimes laughing is the best remedy ❤️

Playing atmospheric video games (bonus with friends), listening to music, watching YouTube or nostalgic shows I enjoyed as a kid! I recommend finding your comforts and getting really more immersed in them ☺️
