How do you defeat the you that just woke up and will NOT get out of bed with your alarm?

Sometimes the hard part for me is feeling like I have to DO something if I get out of bed, especially if there's nothing to do. Recently I've been just getting up and moving to the couch. Even if I fall back asleep, at least I got out of bed, so the next time I wake up I'll be getting off the couch instead. Maybe then I can make a sandwich or something
I have this app called alarmy. There's a setting I use on it. It makes it so the alarm won't stop ringing untill I take a picture of a certain item in my living room. Works like a charm for me.
That's the problem I have. I can do it if there's something time sensitive or an appointment. Or when I had a job, but even then there were days I had to call in because I just could not get out of bed!
Sometimes I just don't. I only ever get up when there are things that I ABSOLUTELY HAVE to do/ be on time for. I used to just will myself and tell myself it was all part of something bigger and better. That it was/would be good for me and that it was what I wanted and needed. I dunno...
