Remembering what I'm grateful for motivates me. Grounds me and helps me feel like things aren't so bad. Staying calm (meditation) helps me confront the scary things. Not letting my emotions run rampant and keeping myself in check before I confront something.
I remind myself that if I don't ever try, that's worse than failing. If I try I might fail, that's my bad. But if I never try, I automatically fail.
