can anyone tell me if this sounds like gerd for people who have it? my brother has had it since he was a kid and i just started experiencing really bad heartburn like he describes sometime last year. over the past year it has gotten more frequent, and over the past couple of weeks i now have reoccurring other symptoms that google says is linked with gerd such as: -regurgitation just into my mouth -bitter taste -burping a lot and hiccuping -heart palpitations with shortness of breath i’m not sure if it is cus the symptoms seem random and not always triggered by food, pls lmk if it sounds like gerd or something else like it? idkkk
