Shoutout to the Nausea Gang in GERD Section

I had almost crippling nasea daily for years. I'm convinced that I still do but that the majority of the time my body interprets it as pain anymore rather than nausea. But I think that's probably due to the jackhammer esophagus and high doses of medications.

I just get the nausea and vomiting and major back pain like back hurting as bad as my stomach.

Nausea and fear of throwing up 🤞 we stay afraid

Omeprazole absolutely saved my life, esp because I can't take antiemetics d/t a heart condition. really helps with the constant feeling of being on a boat during a hurricane

Severe nausea every single day. I'm with you.

I get both really bad heartburn and nausea. It hurts to breathe too.

I get both and litterally can't ever sleep cause of it anyone have any tips bc I need sleep lol

Not for nothing but have you tried marijuana or delta 8? I NEVER used any drugs of any kind until I was 36 years old and, thanks to a wonky pancreas, was throwing up everything... even water. My fiance had had enough and insisted I try it. Minutes later he found me on the couch watching SpongeBob (usually can't stand that show) while munching on frosted flakes and....wal-la! No vomiting for the rest of the night. If nothing else it could give you and your body a break! Good luck hon.

Constant nausea here. I do fairly well, but it gets overwhelming sometimes. I don't know how I would handle it if I was vomiting all the time as well. So, to those who have both, I am very sorry you are dealing with this. Hugs

I have EOE so I know your pain I have acid reflex disease as well — I have only met 2 people in my life with my disease

Constant nausea here! Waking up in the middle of the night with vomit all the way up to the back of my nose, gasping for air!! I have a constant supply of zofran.

I've been doing allot better since I'm taking omeprazole & famotadine now. Had a bad break through last week because I accidentally got super spicy food
