Yes. The answers have helped me so much to figure out how and why my body functions a certain way and what can be beneficial and harmful for me in particular. I highly recommend it. For me it’s been a huge piece of putting the puzzle together to try to function better. Highly recommend and wish I had done it much sooner!

Most interesting thing I found was that I have a mutation on the gene that converts tryptophan to 5HTP to serotonin. Basically been walking around unable to create serotonin my whole life which I’ve definitely felt. I now take 5HTP and it helps and told me that SSRIs can make the problem worse- have had terrible reactions to SSRI meds in the past. So definitely interesting and helpful.

I got genetic testing done 2 years ago because of my family history of cancer. Thankfully I had zero markers but that just means I have to be extra careful and take care of myself because environmental and life choices could send me down the same path my mother went or anyone else that I've lost to cancer.
