I never knew how bad the pain could be until it wakes me from a dead sleep !! I can’t take anti inflammatories because of my kidneys 😡 I tried the injections in my hip but the relief didn’t last that long compared to the expense. I’ve tried all the over the counter medications without success. I use and THC based cream and it helps. I try rod save it for when it’s not tolerable. That’s been more and more lately but I to try to keep the faith !!

This is what I found: HLA B27 is also strongly associated with ankylosing spondylitis (AS), reactive arthritis (ReA), and other spondyloarthropathies (SpA) (6). These associations are among the strongest of any HLA antigen to a human disease, although the pathogenetic mechanism(s) involved remain unknown Sounds like it’s a gene that is usually present with the above mentioned. I have a ton of stuff that could be linked etc. I have found the best route is to educate yourself but to focus on the probability that you won’t get that. My ANA comes up positive then negative. Each time they do the expanded blood panel and it takes a while. I tell my doctor each time. Im not going to own this until we get a result. So far I’ve been lucky no Lupus. The one thing that has been quantified is that our bodies respond to our attitudes. I try to stay positive. It may sound corny but I refuse to live in fear. We have enough on our plates !! I will follow to see what others say. Good luck
