One time I was wearing my binder and I got the opposite dysphoria then I usually get. I was looking at a guy and got dysphoric about it.

My advice is to find a therapist that specializes in gender affirming therapy for trans people. They can help you work through your dysphoria and find ways forward that will result in less dysphoria. Whether that’s mapping out low dose hrt, or something else entirely.

ugh felt. i thankfully did do HRT temporarily so i can be at a point where i could pass as either if i put effort into my presentation, that's helped my dysphoria a lot but i still feel like even if i was born the opposite sex i would still be dysphoric at times. my dysphoria used to feel a LOT worse but getting to an androgynous point where i can flip between what i want helped lessen my dysphoria a lot
