How to Tell if Your Gastroparesis is Getting Worse

I can't feel anything in lower region area when trying to have a movement. It's gotten worse for me. Sometimes if I don't have diarrhea I can't go even when I feel like I need to because I lost some more sensation. 😥

Well while I usually vomit daily, I can tell it's a flare up or starting when I can't even keep my supplement drink down and water makes me nauseous. Or if I have extreme burping or sulfur burps. Diarrhea more then 3 days. I was just to an urgent care-- took x-rays, said I was full of stool and backed up, absolutely nothing going through except liquids. So I watch for that too. It almost always starts by waking me up from a dead sleep, go the bathroom and sleep there.
