I had gastritis. Pain was in my upper stomach. Abdomen would get bloated. Doctor put me on Pantoprazole. One pill a day for a year. It made some difference but I continued to get occasional bloating and pain. Then I became vegetarian and it helped me a lot. But again I would get occasional bloat and pain. I am still vegetarian but I added a daily probiotic and daily enzyme pills. The combination works for me. Very rarely do I get bloat and pain anymore. Good luck!

I get the pain under my breastbones and also in the middle of my stomach it's like from my belly button up and under my breastbone is that a common thing I'm supposed to have an endoscopic but I'm so afraid they're going to tell me I got cancer the stomach or something it's a dull burning sensation. Did you have an endoscopic? Thank you for replying

Try eating a table spoon of honey half hour before each meal. Honey has natural enzymes. Helped me a lot.
