Turns out I have “severe active chronic gastritis with erosions” according to my EGD biopsy results! Seems like a relatively easy fix but I don’t know what caused it? I don’t smoke, drink, and rarely take NSAIDs. (If I am in pain I take Tylenol) I tested negative for h pylori via blood test, breath test, AND biopsy as well. Thoughts?

stress can be a huge cause of this, or constantly eating at times where you shouldn't. (example: eating right before bed time, only eating once a day, or after your first meal, you eat 10 hours later) maybe a family history of stomach problems? usually high levels of stress or an anxiety disorder
Reflux disorder?
