I live a mostly average, normal life 95% of the time, and I'm doing fairly well. I do have diabetes caused by my pancreas surgeries and I have to go in for scans every 6 months to one year, but my symptoms don't affect my overall wellbeing for the most part. :)

Yes, I have recurring NETs caused by a genetic disorder. Mine have been mostly in my pancreas. I have had two surgeries to remove them, and at the most recent surgery they also found a small metastatic tumor on my diaphragm.

I have a metabolic disease ( genetic ) Aldo told my gastritis was genetic Does that seem to make it more of a reason for having NET/NEC ?

I don't remember exactly what the b12 indicates, but high gastrin would show that you're making too much gastrin, which is the chemical that regulates stomach acid. Low gastrin would indicate you don't have enough. If you're making too much gastrin, it could be a recurring tumor causing it, and you might be experiencing nausea and/or heartburn because of it. Not enough gastrin could also cause nausea.
