Hello, I have GAD and I've noticed lately that I have been getting really short of breath when moving around or trying to walk. I am not overweight and I've had my heart and lungs checked out and all has come back good. I get regular shortness of breath from my anxiety, but I usually don't get it from minimal movement. Does anyone else experience this. I know nobody can diagnose me on here, just wondering if anyone else has been having similar issues.
