Gabapentin Dosage for Spinal Stenosis and Pain

Started at 300 3x a day...now at 800 3x a day..have been for 20 years.

I'm taking 400mg a day 200mg in morning and 200mg at night

I started taking it when I was young, so I don't remember what my starting was. I think it was maybe 100 or 200 mg a day, but I'm now up to 600 mg 3x a day :^)

I was started at 300mg a day.. eventually increased to 800 mg 3x a day..been on it for 27 years. It is still working for me...

Started with 100mg at bedtime now up to 600mg twice a day

I am on 100mg twice a day. Doctor added 100mg for mid-day, but I am worried with all the pharmaceuticals I am on, adding it will cause other side effects. THAT is my anxiety talking. I talk to my therapist tomorrow and I am going to ask her to walk me through this anxiety so I can start the third dose a day.

I started at 600 a day following a bad back surgery . I had the surgery corrected 18 months later. I still have back issues but I take gabapentine at bedtime only because it can make me feel a bit sluggish.
