Frustration with Irregular Periods

I went through just bleeding 11 months straight. Was heavy one day the light the next. Never got a break. It was horrible.

I hear you! And couldn't agree more!The only time I was ever regular was on bc. Of course, my PCOS started in 1990. Back then, no one knew what to do for it, other than bc. No one ever talked to me about what it does to your body. For years I have searched for answers to many symptoms that no one linked to it. After reading posts on here, things make sense. Of course, now I'm peri-menopausal 🙄. My whole adulthood cycle was typically up to 3 months between and anywhere from 3 light days to 10 heavy days. It really sucked not knowing.
